What the GM cares about
Cameras on parking, staff entry and plant — never guest rooms. Badge access for linen, kitchen and the main board. A Saturday-night trip costs more than a May preventive visit.
Seasonality
Load and visitor flow jump in summer at M'diq, Fnideq and Cabo Negro. Outdoor lighting, gates and the NVR are sized for that peak, not for January.
Without closing the house
Work sits between check-out and check-in, or on one wing. ESPCC does not invent 24/7: a contract writes the delay before the weekend.

Power, CCTV and staff access in one file, so reception does not call three firms when the gate stays open.
Common questions
Guest-room locks?
No. PMS and room cylinders stay with the hotel vendor. We do staff, plant, parking and common areas.
View cameras from Rabat or Tangier?
Yes, a locked mobile login for the GM or the group — no factory password.
Must the hotel close?
Rarely. We work by zone. A main-board cut is booked off arrivals.
